BOAT TRANSFER EX-BERAU / EX-TARAKAN
In the event of technical problem like flight cancellation, plane out of order etc., guests shall be re-routed by boat transfer into Maratua Paradise Resort Ex-Tarakan instead of Ex-Berau and similarly for departing guests. |
SINGLE TRAVELLER
There will be a Boat Transfer Surcharge of USD150 for Ex-Berau and USD200 Ex-Tarakan for any booking of SINGLE TRAVELLER irrespective of whether guest arrives/departs by Fixed Boat Transfer Schedules. |
BOAT TRANSFER EX-TARAKAN
There will be a Fuel Surcharges of USD55 per person (minimum 2 persons) for boat transfer Ex-Tarakan. |

NOTE : As currently there are 2 airlines operating BPN-BEJ-BPN route; hence, for
ARRIVAL DAY
In the event that we have guests arriving Berau by 2 different flights on the same day, guests arriving earlier would have to wait for guests arriving on a later flight before they would be transferred by boat into Maratua Paradise Resort.
DEPARTURE DAY
Guests’ departure time from the resort shall be in the early morning. The exact departure time shall depend on the earliest connecting flight of the guests leaving on that day. |
There will be a SURCHARGE if guest is not following the Fixed Transfer Boat Schedules (IN/OUT) : |
1 pax : USD300 per person (Ex-Berau)
USD400 per person (Ex-Tarakan) |
2-pax & above : USD150 per person (Ex-Berau)

Note :
1) Child (Non Diver) below 12 yrs staying in the same room with parents is 50% off Non Diver rate (PLUS boat transfer which will be same as adult rate).
2) Child (Non Diver) below 12 yrs staying in separate room from parents is chargeable based on adult Non Diver Rate.
3) Dive scheduling and grouping arrangement of divers shall be determined by the resort staff.
4) In view of strong current at certain dive sites, all divers should bring along their own safety dive sausage.
5) All rental equipment must be on pre-booked and prepaid prior to guests arrival.
6) There is no credit card facility at the resort at the moment. Currencies acceptable at the resort are USD, EURO, YEN and Indonesian Rupiah.

) Our Resort beach front is being cleared daily. However, in the event of storm, logs and debris might take a few days to clear. We shall not be liable to any claims arising from such occurrence.
