14 Tage Expedition Kalimantan
Day 01: BANJARMASIN ARRIVAL (D)
Upon arrival at Banjarmasin airport, meeting service and transfer to check - in at hotel.
In the afternoon by Klotok (motorboat) cruise along the Kelayan canal, where you will
see the way of life or Banjarese. Meals and overnight on board of the boat.
Day 02: BANJARMASIN, BARITO RIVER (BLD)
Early in the cruise up the Barito River to Muara Teweh, meals and overnight on board of
the boat.
Day 03 : MUARA TEWEH, TEWAH (BLD)
In the morning arrival at Muara Teweh, direct transfer to Tewah by car for about 5 hours,
lunch enroute, overnight at Guest-House.
Day 04 : TEWAH, TUBANG KORIK (BLD)
After breakfast transfer by motor canoe to Tubang Korik via Tubang Miri. Afternoon
reach Tubang Korik, short sightseeing of the village or explore the forest. Setting up
the Trekking next day into the schwaner mountains. Accommodation and meals at
longhouse.
Day 05 - 11 : TUMBANG KORIK, TREKKING SCHWANER MOUNTAINS, BUKIT RAYA,
SINTANG (BLD)
After simple breakfast continue the trip by motor canoe till the end of the Rungan River,
from where we will continue trekking approximately 6 hours a day through primary rain
forest and crossing Bukit Raya of the Schwaner Mountains. During the trip we will fish,
and exploring the jungle. Meals provided enroute and overnight in jungle camp. After
we reached the side river of The Kapuas we sail downstream to Sintang village for
overnight at Hotel.
Day 12 - 13 : SINTANG, PONTIANAK (BLD)
Full day cruise down Kapuas River to Pontianak. Upon arival at Pontianak overnight at
Kapuas Palace Hotel
Day 14 : PONTIANAK DEPARTURE (B)
Free at leisure until departure time of next flight for your next destination.
