Day 01. ARRIVAL IN MAKASSAR / DRIVE TO TANA TORAJA (L,D)
Upon arrival at Hasanuddin Airport Makassar, you will be picked up by our tour guide. Then we will directly depart to Tana Toraja with approx. 8 hours drive passing through the Buginese villages with their typical houses on poles. On the way, we will visit the fishermen village in Barru district with its beautiful beach panorama. If we are lucky, we also could see the traditional Buginese " Pa'bagan " fisher boats. Lunch will be served at a seafood restaurant in Pare-Pare. In the afternoon, stop also will be made on Puncak Lakawan for having coffee break while enjoy the spectacular view of Mt. Kabobong. Late in afternoon, arrive in Rantepao, Tana Toraja. Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel Toraja Prince.
Day 02. FULL DAY TORAJA TOUR (B,L,D)
After breakfast, we will take you on a full day Tana Toraja Tour. In the morning, we will visit Kete' Kesu, a local Torajan village where we can find the original of traditional Tongkonan houses and their rice barns. Here we can also see the giant tomb of the Kete' Kesu royal family. Then we will visit Lemo where we can see hanging graves with their rows of Tau-Tau sculptures. Continue our trip to Londa, a natural grave in a cave with its entombed deceased. Lunch will be served at a local Restaurant in Rantepao. After lunch, we will visit Bori' to see ancient megalith stones which already exist since thousands years. After that, we will take you to Tinombayo highland to enjoy the superb view of the rice terraces and Torajan local villages from the hill-top. Then we will visit Batutumonga where we can view the town of Rantepao. At last, we will visit Lokomata where we will find graves on a giant megalith stone. In the afternoon, we will back to Hotel Toraja Prince for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 03. TORAJA - TENTENA (B,L,D)
After breakfast, we drive to Tentena via Palopo. The road between Toraja and Palopo offers one of the most spectacular mountainous view in Indonesia. Lunch en route. In the afternoon, arrive in Pendolo - a small town on the southshore of crystal water lake Poso. Onwards drive through to Tentea passing through the lakeside with its superb views while try to catch the beautiful sunset over the lake. Dinner and overnight stay at Siuri Cottage Tentena.
Day 04. TENTENA - DONGGALA (B,L,D)
After breakfast, drive to Donggala. On the way we will visit the Sulewana Waterfall. Lunch will be served in Poso. In the afternoon, arrive in Donggala. Then drop to Tanjung Karang for dinner and overnight stay at Prince John Resort & Diving Center.
Day 05. DONGGALA - MOUTONG (B,L,D)
After breakfast, take a scenic drive to Moutong with many photo-stops en route. On the way we can enjoy some spectacular mountainous panorama and local villages with typical life style. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Late in the afternoon, arrive in Moutoung. Dinner and overnight stay at Asmora Hotel.
Day 06. MOUTONG - GORONTALO (B,L,D)
Today we will pass the equator by driving to Gorontalo, the youngest province in Sulawesi. On the way we will find many picturesque view; such as some wonderful seashore with fishermen villages. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Late in the afternoon, arrive in Gorontalo. Dinner and overnight stay at Yulia Inn Gorontalo.
Day 07. GORONTALO - MANADO (B,L,D)
After breakfast, set out to Manado-the capital town of North Sulawesi province passing through the coastal areas with their coconut plantation. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, arrive in Manado. Dinner and overnight stay at Formosa Hotel or similar.
Day 08. TANGKOKO JUNGLE TOUR (B,L,D)
After breakfast, transfer to Tangkoko and start to Tangkoko Jungle Trekking on the way stop at Sawangan village to see Waruga stone graves of Minahasan ancestors. We will ensure that your jungle trekking here will be exciting and unforgettable experience. Tangkoko Nature Reserve rich whit its biodiversity of Flora and Fauna. Few of Sulawesi endemic species can be found here such as Macaca Nigra,Tarsius Spectrum, Uliurops Ursinus, Rhyticheros cassidix, and many kinds of birds, also much kind of trees and plants such as Pitcher plant, Ficus, Palaqium, etc. Return to Manado, dinner, transfer to Hotel Formosa Manado.
Day 09. FULL DAY BUNAKEN ISLAND TOUR (B,L,D)
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Manado bay and then travel by motorized canoe to Bunaken Island, it will take around 45 minutes from Manado bay. You have time to enjoy the most beautiful and colorful coral reef formation as well as thousand species of fish and others marine life. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Bunaken. Dinner will be served at a local restaurant. Afterwards, back to Hotel Formosa Manado for overnight stay.
Day 10. TRANSFER AIRPORT (B)
After breakfast, transfer drectly to Sam Ratulangi Airport for your flight to your next destination.
