DAY 01. ARRIVAL IN MAKASSAR / DRIVE TO TANJUNG BIRA (L,D)
Upon arrival at Hasanuddin Airport Makassar, meeting service. Afterwards a scenic drive to Tanjung Bira, located on the southern tip of Sulawesi island famous for its ancient mariners, white sandy beaches and fresh and clear sea water. On the way will visit Bissappu waterfall in Bantaeng district. Lunch en route. In the afternoon, stop in Tana Beru to see the traditional Phinisi boat building. Free program upon arrival in Bira. Dinner and overnight at your accommodation in Tanjung Bira.

 

DAY 02. BIRA FREE PROGRAM + KAJANG TOUR (B,L,D)
After breakfast, free at leisure in Bira beach. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After lunch we will take you to Kajang where we will reveal the secrets of the black culture of the primitive Ammatowa. In the afternoon back to Tanjung Bira. Dinner and overnight.

 

DAY 03. DRIVE TO SENGKANG (B,L,D)
After breakfast drive to Sengkang, located on the center of the former Bugis Kingdom. Lunch will be served in Wattampone. After lunch we will visit the Museum of Andi Mappasissi where we can see the ancient collection of the past Bone kingdom. In the afternoon, arrive in Sengkang, directly we visit the Lake Tempe by boat trip and take part in the the daily life of the Bugis fishermen who live on their floating houses. Dinner and overnight at a simple accommodation in Sengkang.

 

DAY 04. DRIVE TO TANA TORAJA (B,L,D)
After breakfast, we will visit the traditional silk factory where women hand spin and weave silk clothes. Afterwards drive to Tana Toraja via Palopo with spectacular views along the road. Lunch en route. In the afternoon arrive in Tana Toraja. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 05. FULL DAY TANA TORAJA TOUR (B,L,D)
After breakfast, we will take you on a full day exploring of Tana Toraja. First we will visit Lemo, where we find hanging graves with its rows of Tau-Tau. On to Londa the natural grave where the deceased are entombed. Kete Kesu is a typical Toraja village where we can see the traditional Tongkonan houses and the rice barns. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Rantepao. In the afternoon we will visit Pallawa & Sa’dan, a Toraja village famous for its wood carving and weaving center. Back to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

 

DAY 06. FULL DAY TANA TORAJA TOUR (B,L,D)
After breakfast, we take you on another full day exploring Tana Toraja . Today we will visit Marante & Nanggala, Toraja villages famous for their large Tongkonans and old rice barns. On to Bori’ where we can find ancient stone megaliths. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Rantepao. After lunch, drive to Batutumonga where we can enjoy the spectacular views of green rice terraces and valleys. Late in the afternoon, back to Rantepao. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 07. TANA TORAJA – PENDOLO (B,L,D)
After breakfast, depart for Pendolo via Palopo. Along the road from Tana Toraja to Palopo you can enjoy some spectacular views. Lunch will be served in Masamba district. In the afternoon, arrive in Pendolo, a small town located on south shore of Lake Poso. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 08. PENDOLO – TENTENA (B,L,D)
After breakfast, depart for Tentena. Today, we will take a charter boat, crossing the crystal clear waters of Lake Poso. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Tentena. After lunch, we will visit the Wera Saluopa waterfall, famous for its multi stepped waterfall. Dinner and overnight in cottage.

 

DAY 09. TENTENA TOUR (B,L,D)
After breakfast, we will visit the Bancea Orchid Park and Pamona Caves and Tentenas famous eel nursery. Then back to the hotel for lunch. In the afternoon, your free at leisure. Dinner and overnight in cottage.

 

DAY 10. TENTENA – PALU (B,L,D)
After breakfast, set out to Palu. On the way we will visit the Sulewana Waterfall. Lunch will be served in Poso. In the afternoon, arrive in Palu. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 11. PALU – DONGGALA (B,L,D)
After breakfast, we will take you on a full day tour to Donggala. We will stop in Kampong Lere to see the traditional house of Joyo Kodi, the house of the former king of Kaili people. Then we will take a walk through a fishing village near Donggala. Lunch will be served on a sandy beach seashore. After lunch, we will take a short city tour in Donggala by traditional horse carriage. In the afternoon, transfer directly to Prince John Dive Resort.

 

DAY 12. PRINCE JOHN DIVE RESORT / FREE PROGRAM (B,L,D)
PJDR offers the perfect environment to take a break from travelling and relax in the shadow of palm trees, take a swim, do some diving or snorkelling.

DAY 15. DEPART FOR GORONTALO (B,L,D)
After breakfast, depart for Gorontalo, passing through several villages where we can see the local life. Lunch en route. Late in the afternoon, arrive in Gorontalo. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 16. GORONTALO – MANADO (B,L,D)
After breakfast, we drive to the capital town of North Sulawesi “Manado” by passing through the picturesque villages, white sandy beaches, coconut and clove plantations. Late in the afternoon, arrive in Manado. Then direct transfer to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

 

DAY 17. FULL DAY MINAHASA HIGHLAND TOUR (B,L,D)
You spend your day among the Minahasan cultures and absorb the beautiful scenery from this North Sulawesi highland. Departure from your hotel and drive into the highlands and visit Tinoor, from here an impressive view over Manado city, afterwards visiting Woloan village; this village has the Minahasan traditional wooden houses, Continue to Temboan Hill; seeing Tondano lake
surrounded by green slopes and if not clouded you can see Bitung Harbor. Onwards to Pulutan village that famous for its clay pottery. A romantic moment on the Hill of love with the water spring and its stairs with 2435 steps circled around the hill. This tour is not complete if you did not see the colored lake in Lahendong due to the sulfur reflecting the sunshine, after this spectacular view you will return to your hotel.
